Whereas kids should sometimes have some more respect for people and vegetables (because vegetables are also just folks like you and me), the teacher probably hasn´t had an idea what might have happened IF (...the worst giant carrot case), LOL

I am glad to report that the US Dept of Agriculture is aware of the dangers of giant carrots. If you see a giant carrot, please report it to the proper authorities.
