How do you weigh these things? leaves on or off root on or off???? Same with giant radishes??

Kohlrabi are weighed with the root removed, also any dead, rotten, or unsound leaves must be removed. Don't know about the radishes.

I can only agree concerning the kohlrabi. Sound leaves stay on and the root is taken off. Do you have a big one? Did you weigh it?

I have a big one i will take to the pumpkin weighoff oct 2 not sure if its big by world standards but its big by mine.

It's my understanding that no root no stems or leaves are allowed. Trim stems as near to the bulb as possible. It's the bulb you eat. That's how we do it here in Alaska and I believe that's what Guinness wants. Go to the Alaska State Fair web site and check out the new unofficial kohlrabi world record bulb 63.95. Spudley.
