Could anyone tell me how to build a green house. It will be 12x12 in size. I have a 12 foot long piece of heavy plastic that was used in a garden shop. I also have a big pile of pressure treated wood. All I would need is the plastic for the sides. Plus a window.

I had a greenhouse for several years that I made. It was 12x24 and looked like an enlarged version of the hoop houses you see on this site. The base was pressure treated wood but the rest was PVC.

I've also had good luck with PVC.

If you are able to buy that bubble foil you find inside the envelopes for the seeds, try it. It has the isolation factor of double glass in a flat (at 0.4 inch), then it doesn´t matter what kind of on-top material is used. Just glue it from inside once you´re ready with the basic construction. Make sure it has proper ventilation for sunny days, otherwise the plant is cooked (lost some tomatoe plants that way). Ingo
