There will be no winner until the Western Powers seek a peace treaty or the conflict is settled with all-out nuclear war, in which case there will be no winners. I just pray that after the killing is over, there will be long-lasting peace. But wait, we still have to deal with China wanting to take back what had been theirs for thousands of years until the end of World War 2. The nuclear clock is ticking & we are rapidly running out of time.
