I would call the fair office to get a premium book. It will also tell you how to enter your chicken or Jersey cow.

seed start is not the only thing you need worry pollenation date is also important to plan.

Any one know off hand when Canfield's entries close? We took Jersey cows up there several years back. At that time, you could enter online. Anyone know if they still offer online entries??
