I noticed it asks for rerod/rebar. Where can you find this?? Local hardware doesn't have it or Menards, etc. Is there a substitute for this???

it's used in concrete for reinforcement,,I get mine at our Menards,,Home Depot,,any yard that sells concrete will have it

yep! Home depot has it <rebar> in the two foot pre-cut lengths here- works good for me- one foot of it in the ground and one foot into pvc...
