Put a pot of seed starting mix in there and see what the soil temperature gets to. Anything over 94 is too high

Well stated Ron...I am a firm believer in a soil temp thermometer!!! Soil temp is what ya need to know...maybe it will work zap...pots as far into the corner from the boiler as you can get em...test, and adjust!!! Peace, Wayne
