I hear all this talk about people going nuts over a six lobe female flower. what does the number of lobes have to do with it and why is it such a big deal? I just dont understand could someone fill me in with the info. Thanks

To me the number of lobes doesn't really matter. I wouldn't pollinate a 3 lober though. 4-6 is all I have ever seen in my patch.

I'm with Jim on three-lobers, however there is no evidence to suggest a 5 is better that a 4 or a 6 better than a 5 etc.
