This is my third year growing and I just germinated my 665 Bobier seed and the first leaf is growing. Late start due to home renovations and my daughter’s wedding. Am I too late? Will the plant grow or harden off enough to survive the heat and humidity of Atlanta, GA?

possibly not. pumpkins dont do well in high heat and humidity especially come pollination time.
you may need to use some kind of shade cloth over the plants/pumpkins on the really hot days?

Pap, would shade cloth work better than a fogger system down here in the south? Or would you need both?

Thanks Pap, your advise got me through the past two years! I am going to follow it again!
