I belive my plants aren't growing as fast as they should,what is the best thing to feed them to kick them into gear?I have read to stay away from miracal grow becouse of the high salt? what brand do you use ?I planted on may 16 as small plants and they are now only out obout 3 ft on the main at most.Thanks for any help !!

Your plants are really young still and 3ft sounds like they are doing just fine. In two more weeks you will be struggling to keep up. Don't let the other diaries freak you out - most of them had plants in the ground by May 1st and the ones with pumpkins already were planted even earlier. Still about 80-100 growing days left so plenty of time for massive growth.

Focus on keeping your plant healthy and pest free. Others might have suggestions for fertilizers - all I can recommend is using kelp to foliar feed.

I like Neptunes fish and seaweed as a weekly foliar, my wife loves it also it really makes lawns dark green

I do use the neptunes fish/seaweed foliar spray.I think that reading all the other posts/diaries might be why i think im so far behind.They do look very healthy and pest free.I put out a marker so i can see the growth each day. THANKS
