noticed a small hole in side of pumpkin ozeing a clear jelly not a big hole what can i do

A hole is something that goes through to the cavity. If you go through to the cavity game over. A split or gouge that does not go through sometimes will heal itself

first be sure the hole does not go through to the pumpkins cavity by inserting a piece of straw or etc, into the hole .if it goes way in its all done .
if its just a surface hole then rub some sulfer or daconil in the hole and let it dry.
