i planted a 347 linford 08 by a 425 wolf x 594 van hook what would be the name of my seed this year i grew a 502 lb pumpkin open pollinated

The name of the seed from your 502 lb pumpkin this year would be :

Pumpkin weight (502) Your last name (Hunter) Year grown (2010)

SO the 502 Hunter 2010 !

Then include the parentage which would be the Female plant it was grown on and the Male used for pollination (which is where your post info gets confusing ! (so you used a 347 Linford 08 seed so that is the female and If I'm reading your post correctly the 347 Linford 08 was a 425 Wolf x 594 Van Hook cross) but what male did you use for pollination ??)

With the info you have posted your seed would be the :

502 Hunter 2010 (347 Linford 08 x Male pollinator) or
502 Hunter 10 (347 Linford 08 x Male Pollinator)


(Fill in the name of the male you used for the pollen) -- If it was a male from the same plant then it would be x self --
If it was another 347 Linford seed (different plant) then it would be x Sib -- IF it was unknown then would be x open. Hope that makes sense !
