923 gerhardt leaves are turning brown.thought it was a potassium deficiency and added some 0-0-50 as a foliar spray two days ago and it seemed like it made it worse.the other plants in the patch seem fine.any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a spray burn to me...something mixed too strong or you are mixing things together that should not be.

Potassium deficiency shows brown mostly around the edges like this;

I agree with Glenn. See how in the pic all of the leaves are burned on the top, presumably where the spray contacted them, except for the one leaf which is folded over. On that leaf, the damage is on the bottom of the leaf where the spray likely hit, and the top of the leaf is actually damage free. I would give them a break from spraying for a few days and observe, and remember when you do spray only do it at twilight or extremely early in the morning before the sun is fully up.
