Do I remeber right - you should cut off all secondary vines after a fruit set on the main (new secondaries in front of the fruit, on the same side as the fruit)?

I don't think so floh. Not a practice I have ever heard before. There is some arguement as to whether the portion of plant after the fruit does much good, however I believe most people try to go a ways past the fruit with the main and secondaries intact. Just my 2 half cents worth.

Thanks, I guess I found the thread where that was discussed http://www.bigpumpkins.com/MsgBoard/ViewThread.asp?b=3&p=12292 So Len only talked about secondaries that might crowd the space a pumpkin needs to grow.
