This is the first year I have had cuke beatles, I have noticed when I remove my covers to check out the kin ,some times beatles are on the kin,and I notice very tiny chew marks on the surface, which I wash with bleach. Do they actually eat the skin? Thanks Terry

Yes, they are eating it. If it heals up it can cause rough scars that can split open with growth. If they eat a big place it will cause a soft spot that can mold and rot.

Thanks Malissa. I hope my bleach treatment is enough! Terry

I just change up my pesticide treatments every week with different ones to keep a handle on them... But i did find a good site for pest control... Its called "Domyownpestcontrol.com" any they have really good products that are commercial strength.
