I am getting only 2 to 12 lbs growth a day on my pumpkins now and I can`t figure out why. I fertilize once a week with peters plant food 20-20-20 and once a week with fish/seaweed. I don`t know if its just too hot( been in 90`s last three days), or if I`m not watering enough, or what it could be. Any ideas?!?!?!?

check for vine rot?? water, water, water! watch growth though, increase water steadily every day. best to water VERY early in mornings. What is fruits age, it will help with more responses.

I forgot to mention that the fruits are all between 33 and 37 days old. My vines look good, but some of my leaves looked dry today.

Are you in a dull gray weather pattern? That will slow them too.

same thing here for the most part...too much rain, not enough sun.

you should water 1 inch of water per week.
