My first batch of AG's died in July, so for practice I planted somemore. I now have a plant about 6 foot long and it looks really good. Some flowers, but I noticed about 3 weeks ago that the leaves have real thin stems. The stems are nice in diameter, about 1 inch, but the actual cell wall is paper thin. I have a couple of leaves that have cracked and fallen over. I even have one leaf stem that has wave or ripple in the cell wall.
The plant otherwise looks good.
Any thoughts? More nitrogen? Less water?
Thanks, Paul
