My plant was hit by hail when I was on holidays. The main stock took a solid blow. It now has a hole the size of a dime and has folded the stock in half. The plant still seems to be living . Should I worry about this hole or just leave it?

Use sulfur on the damaged areas have a fan blow on it 24/7 and cover stump/bad area to keep it dry.
If you already have soft areas then remove that before doing the above http://www.bigpumpkins.com/Diary/DiaryViewOne.asp?eid=239229
