Seems many if not all of my leaves have stopped laying out flat, and have recently began "folding" a bit in an upward direction. What does this mean? They are still green and healthy { aside from a few small one's browning near the stump }

The leaves are forming cups, good for collecting water. Nothing to be worried about.

If it's just the edges of the leaves turning up or "praying".. Could need some
Magnesium, otherwise refer to pumpkings answer...
