Phil, The main vine ones are normally the best but some monsters have been grown on the secondaries as well. Your best bet would to be pollinate 6 or 7 after the main vine has reached 9', try not to pollinate anything before this ( main or secondary). Then keep records of the ones you pollinated, since they probably will pollinated on different days you should keep records such as 5 day,10 day,15 day & 20 day marks. Take the circumference on each of these days. This way you will get a good idea which one is growing the fastest.

Usually, the main vine is where you want your fruit growing. I think, about 10 feet out? What do the experts say?
