Looking for a short extra 2x4. Broke most of mine over my head already. I still forget how sensitive the skin is on a kin. My third year and can't believe I'm doing stupid s***!! New Growers..you can scratch the skin very easily. I scarred one with a thumbnail when I was covering it..set my chair into one becuase I was worried about the leaves. Be careful and be gentle with the kin. Pretty sure some of you experienced growers might have an extra 2x4 around.

Hey T I’ve got a few! Unfortunately, been there done that. The only thing I can say is we have to consider the end product most importantly, most of those leaves are going to be gone by the end of the growing season. Even so, what is 1 leaf worth in the growth of the fruit? Very little.

I like to terminate vines by stepping on them. I like to wait until I have gently covered the node areas and pinned down the vine.

You’re not a giant pumpkin grower if you haven’t made at least 10 boner moves in your growing career
