Is price the biggest difference between drip tape and soaker hoses? I know i am not a brand new grower I am just new to the idea of using drip tape. Thanks!

Drip tape is actually meant to be buried. They make spoilers that trench and bury the line from the back of tractors as they are laid. It helps with tripping hazards and also keeps the black lines from heating in the sun and putting scalding water to your roots.
That said, not nearly as easy to bury everything when you're doing it by hand.

thanks Dustin... I figure it can be a pain thats one of the reasons I have avoided it. The vines can grow over it but some growers try to lay it between the vines? Dang I know nothing!
