Shy maybe. They'll come. We have a cutting that did this & now I can't keep up with the fool thing.

My 208 little is doing great! One of the most agressive plants I have with very long secondaries. Hope they come on for you.

My 339 little secondaries (the first 3 on each side)grew to about 4' and stopped growing. It has a good sized fruit on the main about 20' and a rear main about 20'. Over the last few days the short secondaries have took off growing again. It has had very agressive main growth the whole time.

My 208 is doing well..my main is about 22', rear main is about 20'. Pretty aggressive all the way around and plenty of secondaries, the back seconds are terminated at 18-20'. The fruit are football shaped and I have 14 of them set (my wife wants to sell some this year)

Might be a little deficient in something.
Re-check fertilizer & water.
