Hi I'm new to growing pumpkins and would like grow some alantic giants next year. I was wondering what book out there is the most popular on Growing Alantic giants ?

That would be "How to Grow World Class Giant Pumpkins." Volumes I, II or III, by Don Langevin, Annedawn Publishing. The books are often referred to as HTGWCGP or something like that on this website. Those books are kind of like the bibles of big pumpkin growing. Order online at Amazon.com.

Yes, Don Langevine's books are the best available on growing giant pumpkins. Nothing comparably good exists...
I would order them directly from Don as he will sign your book and also allows nice discounts.
For you as a new grower I would advise you to buy Vol. II (from 1998) first. It provides all necessary information, the good, solid basis, and is very easy to understand. Vol. I (from 1993) seems a bit outdated and Vol. III (from 2003) is for the most part very sophisticated and not easy to understand for newer growers and not all info is necessary for growing a big one. You can, of course, also buy all three (I also have all three) but I would advise you to start reading with Vol II.
