We have one plant at my son's school that is still growing ever so slowly. It's main problem was Powdery Mildew & that started the slow down. But Bacterial Wilt has finished off every last leaf & has certainly limited the vascular transport to the fruit. But the fool thing still puts on very miniscule increases so something is still happening.
I'd say that 723 slowed down primarily from the cool conditions but will never return to it's fullest potential because of the PM.
