Subject: Broken Leafs

Got hit by a thunderstorm broke over at least two big leafs on each plant few where bent over but stood back up with the help of a stick. How should i cut these off. and i dont think my vine is green as it should be and kinda lookin light green around the root and male flowers am i worried for nothing or any kind of fertilzer i can give or what thanks

Sharp knife or pruner as close to the main as is safely possib;le & let the area dry. (Sterilize blades in 10% Bleach if they were used on diseased plants first)
Light colored leaves near the base this time of year could be Powdery Mildew. If thses leaves are dry & lack reselienc, I would suspect PM or just plain old age.
If the plants are Nitrogen deficient, the leaves will appear lighter green & small but will still be soft & fresh.
