I have notcied holes forming in sme of my leaves and I'm not sure what is causing it. They kinda look like something has nibbled on them, but I have been spraying "SEAWEED FERT( ()- 0- 1 @) 1/8 cup per gallon mixed with 2 tablespoons molasses everyday and theses holes seem to have started sense I started the applications last week? I have to say the plant seems fine and is growing rapidly and I keep the vine now @ 6' covered with cow manure,

Sounds like insects to me. I am not familiar with what insects are in your growing area, but your fertilizer combination should not cause the holes. You could try spraying an insecticide, but before you do, read some of the posts in the "pests" message board for suggestions and cautions. Good Luck
