My soil test has been sent in. What do I do to my garden in the meantime besides clearing vines and weeds?

Put in as much manure as you can get a hold of!

Mark your 2005 garden calander with a reminder to pull a soil sample on Sept 1st. Thus we have it in hand even before the weigh-offs. And I'll second Tom's motion to find aged manure.

Start adding leaves as now is the time to get them and I have never heard of a soil test for any grower stating organic matter was too high.

I'm with Tiller on this....also get your green manure supplies and get it planted....most amendments can be added after the om is in and winter rye and hairy vetch is planted.
