Well, I think I finally went over the edge!! I am hoplessly addicted to giant pumpkins after my first year. I didn't get to grow AG's last year, but I grew a 94# big max. Planning on growing Ag's this year. Got some seeds coming from a couple of people and lots of manure and peat on my patch and winter rye planted too. Threw a little bit of 6-24-24 on too. Is there anything else I should be doing, besides driving my wife and neighbors crazy...lol

Prepare a bed out in the backyard somewhere, like maybe in the shed with the shovels and the rake, for when your wife locks you out of the house after another 4 hour "patch maintenance" session.

Hey Hauler, I can give you some of my 04 crosses that should go orange. Does Butler mean Butler county?

Ron, thanks man I'd like to try my hand at them. Someone is supposed to be sending me seeds from her 846 jutras but i havent heard from her yet. I just about got my rototiller stuck in that big load of peat last week lol. Planning on getting another bigger load this spring. Butler is a little fart of a town in the south east corner of Richland County in case you were wondering. Email me your address and I'll send you a bubble mailer.
