I have read some previous post's but would like to know current information on what we would have to do to have a "certified weigh-off" that is official. I have a Nursery that is interested and need to pass on the information for a hosting in Denver Colorado........Please Advise. Da Wiz

To whom it concerns
If you plan on getting an application in for a new gpc site i would suggest you do so asap.
We need a final count and dues in by july 1st ( if not sooner so we may have an accurate count for banner and ribbon vendors.)
Late applications and or dues from exicting membership could prevent your club/site from receiving award ribbons and gpc banner in time for your weigh off.
That would be a shame.

We talked with a local known Nursery on Sunday. They are very intersted in hosting a local weigh-off for October this year. I know there is a deadline for the dues, I would like to get this in so we dont incurr additional fees. Darn I should of started earlier. DO we have until the 30th of June or by the first?. I am going to run up the GPC bylaws and rules today for their perusal. I need to contact our local person for additional guidance and help. This is looking very good. Thanks for all your help and additional suggestions.
