Seams to me as if some folks within the SNGPG are heading in the greed direction this coming season. Was that Mr. Joe Jutras glamouring for an 848 seed the other night in the GPC auction. I know pap is trying to corner the market on green seeds this year two. Look out World record there will be a serious attempt to dethrone Brad Wursten this summer. Go green with the best proven squash seed ever.

The 1055.5 I grew was truly amazing. Very sturdy plant with leaves on stalks about 4 feet high. We had an incredibly cool and wet/cloudy summer in 2007 when I grew the 1234 in the greenhouse. I think I didn't give the plant enough water during some of the season and was actually expecting closer to 1300 lbs than 1234. I'm quite sure that 1300 is possible with this seed. In 2010 I hope to have a squash year and grow the 1055.5 again in the greenhouse. I'm waiting for somebody to go and break the WR first and give me a reason to get out and take it back...
