Is there an itinerary for the GPC convention? What do the cost cover? Is hotel cost covered etc?

Hobbit, They are working on the Itinerary now, It will be a bit yet because they are still winding down the year of weigh offs.
Your registration fee of $125.00 will give you access to the convention, generally a lunch and the Awards Banquet.
Hotel is extra but the GPC does get all attendees a discount.
Generally the convention starts early Friday Afternoon and runs until Sunday at noon
