2 eggs
1tsp.cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4tsp. nutmeg
1/2tsp.salt
2c. canned pumpkin
12oz. evaporated milk (or 1 c. milk and 1/2c. sour cream
1 unbaked pie shell
beat eggs until frothy. add remaining ingridents in order; beat just until blended. pour into shell bake at 425 for 15 minutes reduce to 350 and bake 45 minutes longer or until inserted toothpick comes out clean
