Now, if anyone can find this recipe, I'd be impressed. Most of us would also end up with alot to drink!!! Has anyone heard of a pumpkin brew before?

Crooked River Brewing, Cleveland Ohio, makes a nice pumpkin Ale! There are others around also! I've got a recipe, I'll just have to look it up.

                 Here it is:
7# amber malt extract 1 teas. cinnamon 2 gallons boiling water 1/2 teas. ginger 1 oz. bittering hops 1/4 teas. nutmeg 1/2 teas. Irish moss 7 grams ale yeast 4# pumpkin in 1# cubes 1 cup water corn sugar
    1. Dissolve malt in boiling water. Stir until it reboils. 2. Add bittering hops and boil for 1 hour. 3. After 40 minutes, add Irish moss 4. After 55 minutes, add pumpkin and spices 5. Combine ale yeast and water. Set aside. 6. Transfer pumpkin to a fermenter. Cool the liquid and strain, to remove hops. Fill fermenter to 5 gal. with boiled, cool water. 7. When temp. falls below 75 degrees(F), stir in dissolved yeast Starting gravity(use hydrometer) is 1.045-1.048 8.When fermenting stops rack into a carboy, straining out pumpkin, take care not to stir up sediment. 9, Rack the beer into clean bottles when gravity reaches 1.015 to 1.012. 10. To each bottle add 1 teas. corn sugar
          Enjoy! ( Makes 5 gallons)
