Western Pa.

1 cup flour
1 Tbls. brown sugar
1/2 teas. baking powder
1/2 teas. salt
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 small egg
1 Tbls. veg. oil
1 apple, peeled,cored, sliced thinly

1. In bowl combine dry ingredients
2. In 2nd bowl combine milk,pumpkin,egg,oil
3. Mix ingedients together, add apple slices.
4. On griddle, cook till surface looks dry,turn and cook 2-3 minutes more.
Serve with cranberry sauce or maple syrup

Makes 8 pancakes

hi guy's after getting a new computer and our 2nd isp i'm back if you check out bob matthews pumpkinnook news he's got a bunch of recipes for pumpkins also my wife makes all kinds of pumpkin goodies i'll post some later when i've got more time ok ready for the comments G and remember the diet randy
