2 1/2 c flour 2c. white sugar 2tsp. baking powder 2tsp.cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 2 eggs 3oz cream cheese
preheat oven to 375 grease and flour muffin cup pan or use paper liners beat all ingrident except cream cheese until smooth. place 1/4 of batter in to each muffin cups. slice creamcheese into a small chunk put into center of batter then fill with the remainder of batter.
streusel topping 1/4 brown sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 3 tbsp of butter 1/4c walnuts or pecans mix together and place on top of each muffin batter
