Crazy Jerk Jerk Style Hot sauce Heat level 7
Yields:
7.5 ounces of hot sauce
Ingredients:
12 dehydrated cayenne peppers, deseeded & destemmed 2 dehydrated habanero peppers, deseeded & destemmed 6 ounces white vinegar 2 ounces tomato sauce 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar 4 cloves crushed 7 allspice crushed ¼ teaspoon black pepper ¼ teaspoon chipolte powder 1/8 teaspoon onion salt 1/8 teaspoon cumin 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon ginger 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon tumeric
Directions:
Put all the ingredients into a blender and process Boil the sauce 3 minutes Bottle and store refrigerated
