Ok...Which one of you jokers switched the name tags on the Hungarian Wax peppers and caused me to grow Habaneros instead? Now what am I gonna do with two fully loaded and ripe Habanero plants? They are too hot for what I wanted to do with them...what can I do with them? I need a few recipies that take more than 2-3 peppers and dont start with "Nuclear" or end in ".....from Hell"....G

if those are the little deep red buggers,,,hehe i had some "tough guys" in my old neaborhood. i proposed a test,,,lolololololol,,of who was the baddest! hahaha,,,oh to see these chumps chewing and smiling like wise guys!!!!and then the heat sets in!!! the smiles fell off their faces!! one of the rules was to chew compleatly and swallow. and no one could move till they all swallowed! and the one who stood in place the longest was the winner! prize was $50 from me.lol no winners!! they all ran like dogs in heat to the nearest water tap!
i used the crushed peppers in a oil mix to control bugs and cats/dogs.

HI G, those habs are probably the hottest peppers out there and i'm not real crazy about how hot they are plus i think they have kind of a burnt taste to them but they do help keep those unwanted critters away (except birds) that's what we use them for

I made Habanero Jelly out of the habaneros...turned out great. Sweet like jelly with a slow mild "wake up your mouth " burn...not at all too hot. Used yellow peppers and habaneros to get a nice color too. Great on a cracker with a dab of cream cheese and a dab of the hot jelly.....great stuff.......G
