I boil mine in salty water 10 minutes. Then put in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Then I peel them. Then return to oven for 10 more minutes to finish. I find they get too hard to peel if roated for the full 25 minutes and too raw if only baked 15 min.

me and sis always rinse seeds place on baking sheet salt as desired and roast until golden brown but have not eaten giants as of yet lol
