The cook at our local grill restaurant told me his secret steak recipe last night. The taste is awful.
-6 rib eye steaks (or whatever steak you like) -1 bottle (12 oz.) bock beer. Could sure use a an imperial stout, too. Whatever your favorite dark beer is. Just none of that Heineken/Bud/Coors junk. -2 or 3 Tbsp. chopped garlic -2 Tbsp. diced red onion -2 Tbsp. Worcestershire -4 shakes hot pepper sauce (he uses a good 6 or more) -juice of 2 limes -1/4 cup brown sugar -1 Tbsp. coarse brown mustard -2 Tbsp. olive oil -2 tsp. salt
Put the steaks in a couple zip-close freezer bags with the marinade overnight and grill them to whatever doneness you prefer.

The secret also is only flip the steak once...nothing drives me crazier tha people that flip the steak a dozen times and can figure out why it is not juicy, and dry as cardboard.
