I am curious too... Martin, is it a secret or what?

It is generally considered a bad idea to post such info in public because it gives those who want to produce fakes the info they need...

OK, but I still think that the bad guys get info if they want no matter if you post it or not. We should not let ourselves be terrorized…

they probably will, but we don't have to help them...

The "bad" guys can simply post the question here and you or somebody else will send them the information via email.
In under 5 minutes this guy had his answer... It probably would have taken him longer to find it had someone posted a picture and told him to go find it. Might as well just post the information... It's probably a lot like gun control where the guns are most restricted on law abiding citizens, the "bad" guys just get the guns anyway and do as they please. Same deal.

just to be clear, I'm not accusing anyone of being a "bad" guy...

it sure sounded like you were...
Do you really think I would send those pics to everybody? never! I personally don't know you so I wouldn't send you the pictures if you asked.
However, I know Sergio (Moro) very well and trust him...

I realized it may have sounded like i was to someone who didn't quite understand what I was saying... Thus the note that I was not.

It was more of a philosophical argument than an accusation of any kind. The limiting of available information is just something I'm against. It only serves to limit the progress of the human race in all it's endeavors causing ignorance, duplication of efforts, and wasted resources...

New to AG's, so am not sure if this is comical or sad. While the argument goes on here if giving out seed descriptions is a good or bad thing to do, others are posting pictures of seed and envelope with descriptions in their growers diary. Life goes on. Grow em big. Peace Wayne

My buddy's 845 was brownish orange. One seed coat had an ivory tip 5/32's deep on the shoulder.
