I'd like to hear what crosses you like, that were made in 2005, or in other years, that have yet to be grown(or grown very little). Please state the parents, and maybe why you like the cross.

I like the the 710.5 Companion 04(810 Dill X 1016 Delatas) and the the 851.5 Companion 04(1016 Delatas X 810 Dill). The 710.5 had great color from the pic I saw. They both went heavy to the charts. Could be nice color producers. Similar possibly to the 670 Daigle????

yeahhhhh...thanks for pointing that out, sort-of...
i cannot remember if it's 1230 X 810 or the reverse,
that the 670 is. i'm leaning toward 810 X 1230.
and since the 1230 and 1016, i think, were the same cross then yes, very similar. sucks not having AGGC on my HOME 'puter!
anyway, i like my own 582 Hester X SELF cross, because no one has yet submitted a fruit to AGGC with that cross.
about 300 pounds, carved, still sitting in the front driveway, probably with mushrooms growing in it by now, lol---eric

Hard to narrow it down - lots of great crosses in 2005 - but I'll mention a few that are off-the-beaten path that I think look real good:

974 Legorreta (1068 Wallace x 1101 Northrup) heavy x color and as an added bonus the pollinator was WAY heavy!!!
778 Howard (1058 Howard x 1370 Rose) pollinator grew 1273 Howard - GREAT color!
521 Wells (801.5 Stelts x 538 Wells) great cross out of my home state of Michigan.

ray leonzi of the ct club did a remake of our 1068 (845x898) and did very well at i think 1081 lbs.
loads of potential there.

I like the 891 Northrup (810 Dill x 1230 Daletas) this is a 670 Diagle remake.Also the 1233.5 Reiss (670 Diagle x 801.5 Stelts)I'm a sucker for orange. lol

Ok, but don't tell anyone.
In my genetics patch I crossed an 851 Davies(1260 Weir x 1016 Daletas) with a 1101 Ford(898 Knauss x 1016 Daletas).
Now remember, don't tell a soul...
