i just finished reading an article that one of our directors, steve connolly sharron ma, has completed for our april newsletter.
im floored, and it takes a lot to do that to a man weighing in excess of 250 pounds.
the research is in depth as possible, accurate and very interesting.
even at his advanced age one of the former world champions steve interviewed was so impressed with their conversation and todays weights and growers, that he is hoping to attend our annual weigh off this year.
those of you that get our sngpg newsletter will be very very happy with steves article.
personally between steves research , plus grower interviews and organic growing information ron has to add, i think its going to be one of the most informative newsletters ever printed.
more than worth the price of admission as they say.all this and in color photos as well.

if we dont believe in what we are doing our hearts will never be in it.
yes, i do like to hype anything im involved with. lol
there are some very interesting growers and subjects to research out there.
to many newsletters just have listings of growers, weights and standings but dont really give there readers something to improve their growing skills.
our goal is to make each of our members a better grower and to promote this crazy hobby.

how about sending a copy to the ones that bought seeds from your auction

good point pumpkinhead
i had not given this much thought because three quarters of the people that won auction bids were already members of either long standing in our club, or had already joined via our member drive/seed promo in dec of 2005.
i will see to it that a april comp newsletter gets to those that are not already members of the club.
thank you for the suggestion.
