Hey I was just wondering if anyones ever tried this cross? Tom Beachy has this seed available from 2005 and I wonder if any growers have ever tried planting this seed with success. It sounds like theres some potential to go big.

Checking genectic lines this one looks intriguing, several selfs, w/723 Bobier, would be a interesting one concerning selfing lines then producing big....I would grow it if I had space.....and Im sure Tom would want a report on it too.

I dont have much to report unfortunately. I killed the one I planted along with every one of my competition plants. The 1139 Richards was a large fruit in the field as well. I think it should be a consistant seed being a purified backcross of sorts.

Wont be pretty, but its not a beauty contest.
