I would like to plant this seed next season. The cross is 695 Handy x 961 Daletas. I saw a picture from the 832 on AGGC and i must say it was not an "ugly" one although there is 695 Handy genetic in it! Any experience? Known progency out there?

The 832 did have very nice shape and color. I got lucky on that, but the 2003 season here was extremely wet and the fruit’s growth slowed way down in early September. I know of only a couple growers that have tried this seed and the fruit ended up in the 500-600 pound range. They were nice looking pumpkins and were a medium to lighter shade of orange. I have never tried the 832 myself. Sometimes, just not enough room to try them all. Joe Pukos
