Information obtained using the GPC weigh off data on this site.

For 2005 the top 20 Pumpkins had an average weight of 1303.1 pounds
For 2006 the top 20 Pumpkins had an average weight of 1309.1 pounds
For 2007 the top 20 Pumpkins have an average weight of 1497.8 pounds

Just thought that those were interesting numbers.

Very interesting....what a jump this year. The top tweny this year is higher than the WR in 2005, and almost as high as last year's WR. I think one of Kevin Marsh's 1445 lbers. was weighed at a non-GPC event this year(Stillwater, MN).

I thought it was GPC. They handed me a GPC ribbon. Will the results be posted on GPC site or not? Thank you! Kevin

I thought I heard it was supposed to be a GPC event earlier, but didn't see it listed on the GPC site, so assumed it was not. I'm wrong I guess. I hope they post the Stillwater results soon....maybe they didn't get them yet?

Hi Doug14! As I reread my post, it seemed a little rude. I am sorry! I was just wondering if it was a GPC site or not? I hope you didnt take my post the wrong way! Thank you! Kevin

If the GPC weigh-off site is punctual in reporting the results to the GPC then the GPC usually gets them posted on the GPC web page rather quickly.

Sillwater was a GPC site. Fact.

I'm not sure why the GPC doesn't have Stillwater listed in the results, but I'll find out!

Forgot to add the Stillwater is a PREMIUM ($300) site. This weigh-off's goal is straight to the top.
