OK I have this friend, who am I kidding it's me, anyway I bought some "offspring seeds" a few months ago. They are 723 Bobier and 846 Calai offspring. Can I at least assume that there is some of those genetics in these seeds ie) an unknown male snuck into the patch and pollinated a 723 or 846. I'm sure it was open pollination but does a 723 Bobier offspring mean that a 723 seed was planted. Cliff Warren answered a similar question a while back. I'm just trying to determine if these seeds have any genetic value. Thanks, Andy.

When I first started last year I went to P&P and bought the same seeds. I thought they were the actual seeds also and wheewwww I must have gotten a bargain. Im preety sure those seeds are from the offspring of the originals and open pollinated.

The seeds are open pollenated or 723 or 846 x open. It doesn't mean they are bad but parentage is unknown. I grew a few my first year and they grew to a decent size.
