These are my choices so far, thanks mostly to the good of others!!!! 1402 Bosworth, 1297,1174 Ghaye, 1048 RAHE, 1387,1288 CONNOLLY, 1009 Young ,891 Berlingame,2007 winner @ local fair. I will be growing 8 pumpkin 2 squash, with help from son,and my friend, that I let grow 2 of the 8 pumpkins.I know most of the seeds are selfed crossed, but look at the genetics! mostly from southern new england growers, where I live, I am a member of SNGPG but missed out on 08 seed promo. so I did next best thing I think .anyway what would you suggest my crosses to be ? any suggestions would be great! Thanks for any advice Gene

I would pollinate everything with 1402 Bosworth. I think it will see the most dirt this year. I do think a 1297 Ghaye x 1009 Young cross would make the best color though.

i would pollinate everything with the plant that grows youre biggest sound fruit.I hope that helps-lol.my second choise as a pollinator(if it makes a nice plant) would also be the 1402.nice shape, over the chart 1068 genes- sounds good to me
