I cant seem to find the cross information for this seed? Does anybody know the shape, color, ribbing, dill rings of it? I saw one in Joe Scherber's patch last year but didnt pay close enough attention. I know they are prone to blow up.

Thanks

yep. it was given minimal care out in the cornfield, hence the small weight. The pollinating plant grew the 1407 Wolf, which is why it originally caught the attention of a few growers to give it a shot.

A few blossom splits so far, and 2 state records also. Joe probably would have made the 3rd record if it would have held.

Yeah, Joe's 125 wolf was about 850ish in mid August and going strong when it split. It was a massive and impressive pumpkin. Think I am going to give it a shot this year.

Reminds me of those guys who are close to 7ft tall, but who have true genetic fathers that are under 5'6", due to some childhood disease.

Mine was going to be my best ever last year, but it blew up in early August. Still, I'm going to try it again this year.
