Ok I was wondering if any one had an idea of seeds that would grow a perfect pumpkin boat. Any ideas of what I want to look for?

I grew a 1423 Wallace last year that was extremely hard flesh. Kinda football shaped.
And the stem was shaped like a rudder (jk)
